What we found
We searched for a Church of North India congregation in Jalandhar and found that CNI is a large, genuine denomination in India, part of the Anglican Communion (Wikipedia, World Council of Churches). In Jalandhar itself, the Golaknath Memorial Church, described as the city's oldest church and a congregation of the Diocese of Chandigarh, Church of North India, has its own working website (golaknathchurch.com), and local news confirms this CNI church and diocese representatives publicly (The Tribune). We also found a second Jalandhar CNI congregation page, "CNI Church Suranussi Jalandhar", founded in 1952 (Facebook), plus a CNI graveyard listing at Adarsh Nagar (Mappls map). Our conclusion: The Church of North India is a well-documented national denomination in the Anglican Communion, and our independent search confirmed active CNI congregations in Jalandhar, including the Golaknath Memorial Church of the Diocese of Chandigarh with its own working website (golaknathchurch.com) and the CNI Church at Suranussi.
