We searched for the parent denomination and for this specific parish. The denomination is real and legally registered: Rwanda's Official Gazette records civil personality granted to the association "Eglise Apostolique pour le Réveil au Rwanda" (E.A.R.R.), whose legal representative was Kamanzi Théophile of Kigali, and its own statutes say the church is organised in administrative entities including the parish at district level, which matches a "Ruhango Parish". Rwandan news outlets confirm it is an established body with roughly 36 congregations across the country (Igihe, Umuryango, Isezerano). We found no listing, Facebook page, map entry or news mention of a Buhanda or Ruhango branch, and nothing tied to the contact email; small rural parishes here often leave no web trace.
