We searched for the church name with Angola and with Menongue, and for its abbreviation ICPDA in the Menongue/Cuando Cubango area. The denomination itself is clearly real and nationwide: its Sociedade Média department reports 18 literacy centres across the country in state news agency ANGOP coverage, and a church blog states the Full Gospel Church of God is present in 18 Angolan provinces. Active platform pages exist, but for other provinces, for example the official Huambo provincial page on Facebook; our attempt to confirm a Menongue page or the address "icpdanancova" on Facebook or Instagram returned nothing, and login walls block deeper checking. We found no scam warnings, fraud reports or complaints about this name. Note that the supplied "website" is an email address, not a working web address, so it cannot be opened.
Our conclusion: The denomination named here, the Full Gospel Church of God in Angola, is clearly real and nationwide: state news agency coverage and church sources describe its work across all 18 Angolan provinces, and Menongue in Cuando Cubango is a plausible place for a local congregation.
