The page lists the province as "Western", though Mwinilunga town actually sits in North-Western Province, the headquarters of Mwinilunga District (Wikipedia), a small inconsistency rather than a red flag. Independent sources confirm Katuyola itself is a real cluster of villages in that province, described in reports on local education and community work as "a group of neighbouring villages in the North-Western Province of Zambia" (Bahá'í World News Service), though those reports concern a different faith community and never mention this church.
