What we found
We searched for "Wonderful Counseling Church" together with Blantyre and with Malawi, and also for the alternative spelling "Wonderful Counsellor" plus Nyambadwe, and found no listing, Facebook page, website, news mention or denominational register entry for a congregation by this name. The Blantyre church directories and church lists we saw (pages265.com Blantyre church directory, the Malawi Council of Churches member list on oikoumene.org, and Wikipedia pages on Malawi's main denominations) name many other Blantyre congregations but not this one. The neighbourhood itself is genuine: Nyambadwe is a recognised area of Blantyre in Malawi's Southern Region. A separate "Jesus Wonderful Counselor Church" anniversary programme appears on Scribd, but nothing links it to Blantyre. We found no scam reports, warnings or complaints attached to this name or the contact address, and small Malawian congregations often have no web presence at all.
