We searched for "Evangelical Victory Chapel" together with Monrovia and with Liberia, and found no listing, website, Facebook page, news mention or denominational register entry matching this church under that name. Most results were unrelated churches, including Victory Chapel congregations in the United States and a separate Christian Victory Chapel International, a nonprofit working in Liberia and the US (christianvictorychapelinc.org), which appears to be a different organisation. The closest Liberian trace was a national statistics office enumeration list for Paynesville that names a "Victory Chapel" elementary, junior and senior high school (lisgis.gov.lr), which may or may not be connected. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints against this name, and no sign of a personal-brand page.
