What we found
We searched for "The Headway PEFA Church" together with Vihiga and with Kenya, and found no page, directory entry, map listing, news article or social media account carrying that exact name. What we did confirm is that the wider denomination is real: the Pentecostal Evangelistic Fellowship of Africa runs a national office in Nairobi with its own website and Facebook presence (pefachurch.org, facebook.com/WWW.PEFACHURCH.ORG), and it grew out of a merger of churches founded by Elim Fellowship and the International Pentecostal Assemblies, with many local branches listed online such as Kenyatta Road, Gimu and Runda. However, none of the PEFA congregations we located sit in Vihiga, and we found nothing linking the contact address stbrians1@gmail.com to a PEFA branch there. We saw no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about this name, so there is no negative signal either, only silence. Our conclusion: The Pentecostal Evangelistic Fellowship of Africa is a well-established Kenyan denomination with a national office and many listed branches, and Vihiga in western Kenya is an entirely plausible location for a local congregation, so the signup is credible on its face. However, our own search found no page, listing or mention of a PEFA branch by this specific name in Vihiga, and the contact email refers to "St Brian's" rather than the church given,
