What we found
We searched for "Ebenezer Evangelical Church of the Gambia" together with Somita and found no page, directory entry, map listing or news item for a congregation of that exact name. The wider body it appears to belong to does exist: the Evangelical Church of The Gambia (ECG) is a real Gambian denomination that took over the Sibanor Health Centre from the WEC mission and has run it under Gambian management since 2018 (missionfinder.org), and Sibanor lies in the same Foni area as Somita. Somita itself is a documented village with Christian activity, since Korean missionaries established a church and a small Bible college there (Wikipedia), but that is a different denomination. We found no Facebook page, denominational register entry or map pin naming this specific congregation, and no scam reports, complaints or warnings attached to the name or the contact address either. Our conclusion: The Evangelical Church of The Gambia (ECG) is a documented Gambian denomination with a confirmed presence in the Foni area, where it has managed the Sibanor Health Centre since 2018, and Somita lies in that same district, so a local ECG congregation there is entirely plausible. No separate website, social page or directory entry was found for this specific Ebenezer congregation, which is normal for a village church of this size, and no complaints
