The closest matches are unrelated bodies elsewhere: a "Heavens' Diplomat Ministries" based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, founded in 2008 (Facebook), and separate "Grace Ambassadors" groups in Arlington, Texas (Facebook) and Greentown, Indiana (Facebook and graceambassadors.com).
