What we found
We searched for an "Episcopal Missionary Church of India" in Kolkata and found no directory listing, Facebook page, map entry, news article or denominational register for such a congregation; results returned only unrelated Kolkata churches (Wikipedia pages for St Paul's Cathedral, Old Mission Church, Hastings Chapel) and Catholic diocesan directories (UCA News, Apostolic Nunciature India). We also found no trace of a Bishop Francis Singha in any church register or news report. There is a US-based body called the Episcopal Missionary Church, founded in 1992, now led by Presiding Bishop Peter Ng'ang'a, with dioceses of the West, East and South, but its published listings show no India branch, so the name may simply be borrowed.
