What we found
We searched for "Siloam Movement of God Ministries" together with Nairobi and Kenya and found no listing, page or article carrying that exact name; the results were other, unrelated Siloam bodies such as Siloam Ministry in Mombasa, founded by Prophetess Jane Kiratu, Siloam SDA Church in Nairobi, and groups in South Africa, Nigeria and Barbados. A search on the contact address returned scomministry.org, a Kenyan site describing SCOM, a registered community organisation working with children and youth in the slums through a school and soccer clubs, out of whose outreaches a church was later born, but nothing there uses the submitted church name, so we could not confirm the link. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints against this name. Small Nairobi congregations often have no web presence, so this silence is not proof that the church does not exist.
