What we found
We searched for the Church of Pentecost in Kumasi and found a large, well-documented body: it is a Pentecostal denomination originating in Ghana, headquartered in Accra, with over 20,000 congregations and a presence in 198 countries, using thecophq.org as its official site (Wikipedia, LinkedIn company page). In Kumasi itself we found many active local branches with their own pages, such as South Suntreso Shalom Assembly, Kwadaso Area and Bompata Area (Facebook), plus a business-directory entry for "Church Of Pentecost, Kumasi" registered in 2011 and last updated in September 2021 (GhanaYello). We saw no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about the church. Warning: the name given is the denomination's general name rather than one named Kumasi assembly, and the contact address is a private Gmail account that we could not link to any listed branch, so the specific congregation behind this application remains unconfirmed.
Our conclusion: The Church of Pentecost is a large and well-documented Pentecostal denomination founded in Ghana, with its official site at thecophq.org and many active assemblies in Kumasi, including South Suntreso Shalom Assembly and the Kwadaso and Bompata Areas.
