What we found
We searched for "Jesus of Nazareth Evangelical Prayer Ministries" together with Ogun State, with Nigeria, and with the Ilara/Imeko-Afon location, and we found no page, listing or mention of a church by that exact name anywhere. The results returned only unrelated bodies with similar-sounding names, such as a Hyderabad-based ministry in India (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and two unrelated "Jesus of Nazareth" ministry websites abroad, plus general Nigerian denominations like the Apostolic Church and Celestial Church of Christ. We did confirm that the stated location is real: Ilara is one of the ten wards of Imeko Afon Local Government in western Ogun State, and it is the area's second largest settlement, on the border with Benin, and other Christian bodies are documented there, for example a convent of the Sisters of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus at Ilara-Imeko (ehjsisters.com).
