We searched for "Ministère Évangélique Dieu Pourvoyeur" together with Lubumbashi, and separately for the name alone and for "Dieu Pourvoyeur" churches in DR Congo, and we found no listing, page or mention of this congregation anywhere. The searches returned only other, unrelated Lubumbashi churches, such as a Facebook page for Mission Évangélique la Restauration (facebook.com/EgliseMERS) and the site of Église Évangélique La Conquête (laconquete.org), plus Catholic parish and denominational directories for the city (gcatholic.org, churchofjesuschrist.org). We found no Facebook page, no map or directory entry, no denomination register record and no news article naming this ministry, and nothing linking the contact address ngoyalfred@gmail.com to it. We also found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about this name, and no sign that it is only a personal brand. Our conclusion: No website or social media page was given and our independent search found no online mention of this ministry, though it also found nothing negative, and many small Congolese congregations have no internet presence at all. In response to our request the church sent a photo of its building and congregation, named its network as Foundation International Ministries, gave Bishop Caleb Mwanangoy Bajafu as a reference who can vouch for it, and describe
