What we found
We searched for a Global Methodist Church congregation in Bangui and found denomination-level confirmation but nothing local. The Global Methodist Church's own site reports that it was recognized as a religious organization in the Central African Republic, Panama and Tanzania and immediately began receiving clergy and churches as members there, with a provisional annual conference formed after government recognition (globalmethodist.org). We found no directory entry, map listing, Facebook page or news item for a specific Global Methodist congregation in Bangui, and the Bangui Methodist coverage we saw concerns the separate United Methodist Church there, notably Bethel Cascade UMC (umnews.org, um-insight.net). A French-language Methodist page we found belongs to Kinshasa, not Bangui (Facebook). We found no scam reports, complaints or warnings tied to this name or the contact email.
Our conclusion: The Global Methodist Church is a real, historically Trinitarian Methodist denomination, and its own official site confirms that it was formally recognized as a religious organization in the Central African Republic and has begun receiving clergy and congregations there, so a Bangui congregation is entirely plausible.
