We searched for "Tehilah City International Ministries" together with Bulawayo, with "church Zimbabwe", and alongside the contact name "Apostle Togara", and none of the three searches returned a single page, listing or mention of a congregation by that name anywhere in Zimbabwe. What came back instead were other, unrelated Bulawayo churches such as Harvest House International and Revival Centre Ministries (Wikipedia, Net Ministries, Facebook, Sunday News), plus a similarly named but clearly different American ministry, Tehillah Word Ministries (tehillahword.com). We found no entry in Zimbabwean business or church directories (ZimPlaza, ZoomInfo), no Facebook page, no map listing and no news coverage tied to this name. We also found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints against it, so there is no negative signal either, only silence.
