What we found
We searched for "Pentecostal Evangelism Ministry International" together with Lilongwe and Malawi, and we found no page, listing or mention of a church by that exact name anywhere in the results. What came up instead were other, differently named Malawian churches, such as Pentecostal Life Church International, a Facebook page listed as a church in Lilongwe, Malawi, Lilongwe Pentecostal Church on Facebook, and Holy Cross Pentecostal Church International, whose headquarters is in Lilongwe (hcpcimalawi.org). We also searched the contact person's email handle and found nothing linking it to any ministry, only unrelated people named Moffat in Malawian and missionary records (a Wikipedia biography, a government contact list, a mission contact page). Our conclusion: No website or social media page was given, and an independent web search found no listing or mention of a church called Pentecostal Evangelism Ministry International in Lilongwe, though several other Pentecostal churches in the city did appear. The name, the Pentecostal description and the use of a free Gmail address are all entirely normal for a small Malawian congregation, and no scam reports or other warning signs were found.
