We searched for "Nazerene Evangelism Global Outreach" together with Lagos and with Nigeria, and we found no page, directory entry, social media profile, news item or map listing for a church of that name anywhere. The results returned instead the international Church of the Nazarene and its mission arms, which are a different and much larger body, including its work in Nigeria, where a Nazarene district reports sending missionaries to Lagos, with a named missionary serving there - but none of this mentions the group we were asked about.
