What we found
We searched for "East Africa Pentecostal Kithaga Church" in Kathwana and for the denomination in Tharaka-Nithi, and found no page, listing or photo for a Kithaga congregation, and no trace of the contact email. The parent denomination is clearly real: court records show "the trustees of East Africa Pentecostal Churches" registered as a corporate body in 1964 (Kenya Law), it runs a denominational Facebook page based in Meru (Facebook), and local EAPC congregations appear in the region, including one listed at Kiugu in Tharaka-Nithi (OpenAlfa street directory) and a mapped EAPC church in neighbouring Kitui County (Mapcarta). A separate "EAPC Kathwana Town Church" has its own channel with a Kathwana address (YouTube), confirming EAPC activity in this exact town, though it is a different branch name. Our conclusion: The East Africa Pentecostal Church is a well-established Kenyan denomination, registered as a corporate body since 1964, and our own search confirmed active congregations in the Tharaka-Nithi area, including one in Kathwana town itself. The Kithaga branch has no website or social page of its own, which is entirely normal for a small rural congregation, and the contact details and favourite verse are consistent with a genuine local church.
