What we found
We searched for "Holy Bible Fucused Church International" in Richards Bay and uMhlathuze and found no listing under that spelling, and no entry for it in local church directories for the area (Infoisinfo Richards Bay churches list, which shows other congregations only). Under the likelier spelling "Holy Bible Focused Church International" we did find an active social media presence for a ministry of that name, including an Instagram account with a small following (hbfci_official), a YouTube channel describing a vision of establishing and strengthening branches, and a Facebook page for a branch in Eswatini with several hundred followers. None of these pages, in the results we saw, name Richards Bay, uMhlathuze, or the contact person behind the given Gmail address, so the South African congregation itself remains unconfirmed. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about this name.
Our conclusion: An independent search confirms that Holy Bible Focused Church International is a real, active ministry with an Instagram account, a YouTube channel that speaks of establishing and strengthening branches, and a Facebook page for a branch in neighbouring Eswatini, so the body named here clearly exists and the spelling submitted is simply a typing error.
