What we found
We searched for a congregation of the Evangelical Church in Zambia in the Race Course area of Kitwe and found no page, listing or address for it. The national denomination clearly exists and is active online, with an official church page and at least one named local congregation elsewhere in the country, Chilenje in Lusaka (Facebook), plus a map entry for the church body (Yandex Maps). Race Course is a genuine Kitwe township (Wikipedia), but the Kitwe results we saw belong to other, unrelated congregations such as Kitwe Church in Parklands (kitwechurch.com, Sola 5 directory) and Maranatha Church (Facebook). We found no scam reports, complaints or warnings tied to this name. Note that the contact given is a personal Gmail address written with an invalid "www." prefix, so it cannot be treated as an official church contact; small Zambian congregations often have no web presence at all.
Our conclusion: The Evangelical Church in Zambia is a real and active national denomination, and Race Course is a genuine township in Kitwe, so the signup is entirely plausible on its face. However, our independent search found no page, listing or address for a congregation of this denomination in Race Course, and the Kitwe results we did see belong to other, unrelated churches.
