What we found
We searched for a congregation called Spirit Harvest in Gujranwala and found no directory entry, map listing, denomination register or news article tying that name to the city. The closest match at national level is a Facebook page titled "Spirit Harvest Ministries Pakistan", which currently does not load, either because the owner limited who can see it, changed its settings or deleted it (facebook.com). A second, working Facebook page called DMMs Pakistan describes itself as run by Spirit Harvest Ministries, with about 710 likes, 53 people talking about it, the motto "Making Disciples", and a post inviting people to discipleship training for youth (facebook.com), which suggests a real but small active ministry, though nothing confirms a congregation meeting in Gujranwala or links the contact email. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about this name. The findings are summarized here for space; the full research was weighed in the review.
Our conclusion: An independent web search found a working Facebook page, "DMMs Pakistan", which states that it is run by Spirit Harvest Ministries and shows an active discipleship ministry with around 710 followers, a "Making Disciples" motto and posts inviting young people to discipleship training, which matches the name given at signup and the Matthew 28 verse chosen. A related page, "Spirit Harvest Ministries Pakistan", also exists but is currently not public
