What we found
We searched for the denomination and for its presence in Morogoro. The Free Pentecostal Church of Tanzania is a real, nationally registered denomination: it was founded in 1932 by Scandinavian missionaries under the Swedish Free Mission and took the name FPCT in 2001, and it is registered with Tanzania's Ministry of Home Affairs under registration number SA 6640 (CISU partner register), with its own official website (fpct.or.tz). In Morogoro itself we found two active congregation pages, FPCT Penuel Morogoro with about 2,000 followers, led by Pastor Daniel Ilani and based at Msamvu-Morogoro with a listed phone number, plus a much smaller FPCT Canaan Modeko page in the same city (both Facebook). We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about the church or the denomination, though the given Gmail contact address is generic and cannot be tied to any congregation we saw.
Our conclusion: The Free Pentecostal Church of Tanzania is a real, nationally registered denomination, founded in 1932 through Scandinavian missionary work and registered with Tanzania's Ministry of Home Affairs, with its own official website. Our independent search also found an active congregation page for FPCT Penuel Morogoro (facebook.com/fpctpenuelmorogoro) with around 2,000 followers, a named pastor and a Msamvu-Morogoro location, which matches the church
