We searched for a Pentecostal congregation of Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia in the Maluk area of West Sumbawa, NTB, and found supporting local evidence. A regional news report on Christmas 2024 lists worship at the GPdI Maranatha Batu Hijau house of worship with Pastor Alfrets Kerap and about 40 members in Maluk district (Tribun Lombok), and an older local church blog names GPdI Maranatha Batu Hijau as a partner church alongside GMIT and Adventist congregations there (batuhijauchurch.blogspot.com). The submitted website is the national denomination's official site, gpdi.or.id, for a Pentecostal denomination founded in 1921 and among Indonesia's largest (Wikipedia), not a page for this local congregation. Our platform search found no Facebook page for this specific congregation, and no scam, fraud or complaint reports appeared anywhere.
Our conclusion: An independent search found a 2024 regional news report describing Christmas worship at the GPdI Maranatha Batu Hijau church in Maluk district, West Sumbawa, led by Pastor Alfrets Kerap with about forty members, which matches the contact person and location given in this signup. A local church blog also lists GPdI Maranatha Batu Hijau among the congregations in the area, and the submitted website is the official national site of Gereja Pantekosta
No further action is needed. This report is refreshed whenever the church is reviewed again.
