What we found
We searched for this congregation by name with its city and country and found multiple independent traces. A 2013 news report in The Express Tribune described an attack on the Philadelphia Pentecostal Church of Pakistan in Karachi's Essa Nagri area, with police visiting the site. A church directory compiled on FamilySearch lists a Philadelphia Pentecostal Church among Karachi congregations, and a NetMinistries listing gives a PECHS Block 6 address in Karachi with a phone number and names Reverend Dr. George Allah Rakha as founder, which matches the contact name in the email given to us. A Mapcarta map entry also places a church of this name in Karachi District near Shireen Jinnah Colony, and a Facebook page with about 2,514 followers says the church has served Karachi since 1963. We found no scam reports, complaints or warnings.
