We found the church's own website live at apcem100.org, which describes APCEM as an association of Pentecostal churches and organisations, declares itself a non-profit religious association registered under the DR Congo decree-law of 18 September 1965, and lists a Kinshasa office on Avenue Njuku, Macampagne, commune of Ngaliema, with a phone number and a second office in Johannesburg, South Africa (apcem100.org home and "About us" pages). Beyond that site we found no independent trace: no directory listing, news article, denomination register (for example the Église du Christ au Congo) or map entry naming APCEM, and our search of Facebook returned only other Kinshasa Pentecostal churches, not this one. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about the name. Warning: several pages of the site are nearly empty placeholder text from a free website builder, so the online presence is thin and self-published only.
Our conclusion: Our check reached the church's own website at apcem100.org, and its content matches the signup exactly: the Alliance des Pentecôtistes du Congo Evangelistic Mission is presented as an association of Pentecostal churches and organisations confessing Jesus Christ, registered as a non-profit religious association under DR Congo law, with an office on Avenue Njuku in Macampagne, commune of Ngaliema, Kinshasa. The independent search confirmed the same
No further action is needed. This report is refreshed whenever the church is reviewed again.
