We searched for "Christ Apostolic Church, Christ Affairs Zonal Headquarters" in Lagos and found no listing, page, map entry or news item carrying that exact assembly name. The parent denomination is clearly real and large: Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) is the first Pentecostal church in Nigeria, formally established in 1941 after a split from the Apostolic Church (Wikipedia), and it has a Lagos presence, including a general headquarters listed at 28 Olowu Street, Lagos (Waze map listing). "Zonal Headquarters" is a genuine CAC rank, for example the CAC City of God Zonal Headquarters at Sango/Ijoko, Ogun State (cacworldnews.com), so the wording fits the denomination even though this particular branch is not documented online. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about this name, only a free Gmail contact address rather than a church domain. Small Lagos branch assemblies often have no website.
