Church Verification Report
What we checked
- Not a duplicate: no similarly named church is listed with us
- The name reads as a real congregation
- Contact email reviewed (gmail.com, common for small churches)
- No website or social page was provided
- Independent web search performed: see the findings on the right
What we found
We searched for "International Revelation Ministry" together with Gokwe and with Zimbabwe, and we found no page, directory entry, map listing, Facebook page, news article or denominational record for a church of that exact name in Gokwe or anywhere else in Zimbabwe. The results instead returned similarly named but clearly different bodies abroad, such as Revelation International Ministries in Norfolk, Virginia (MapQuest listing) and Revelation Wisdom Ministries International in Eldoret, Kenya (Facebook page). The register of the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (efzimbabwe.org) does list Zimbabwean groups with similar wording, including "Revelation Ministries In Zimbabwe" and "Divine Revelation Ministries International", both appearing on its alphabetical member list, but neither matches the name or the city given here. The findings are summarized here for space; the full research was weighed in the review.
Our conclusion: No website or social page was given, and an independent web search found no listing, directory entry or news mention for International Revelation Ministry in Gokwe or anywhere else in Zimbabwe, though it did find real Zimbabwean groups with similar names that are clearly different bodies. Nothing points to a problem either: the name reads like a congregation rather than a person or business, Gokwe is a real town with many small rural churches tha
We have asked this church for one piece of extra evidence: a photo, a link, its denomination, or a church that can vouch for it. The moment we can verify, this report is upgraded. Without a response, the listing is paused after 14 days.
