What we found
We searched for the church name together with Zambia and with the village name. We found a Facebook page titled "Gospel Fire Outreach Ministries: Zambia", listing its location as Mpongwe, Zambia, with about 503 likes and 281 people marked as having been there (Facebook), which is consistent with the stated location, since Ibenga is a locality within Mpongwe district (Lusaka Times news report). We found no listing in any denominational register, church directory or map directory, and no mention of the contact email anywhere online; other "Gospel Fire" groups we saw are separate bodies in Kenya, South Africa and Canada (their own websites). We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about this congregation, only general Zambian press warnings about fake churches that do not name it.
Our conclusion: An independent web search found a Facebook page titled "Gospel Fire Outreach Ministries: Zambia" that lists its location as Mpongwe, Zambia, which matches the signup, since Ibenga is a locality within Mpongwe district. The page shows an active following of around 500 people and visitors who have marked attendance, and nothing in the search suggested any complaint or confusion with the separate "Gospel Fire" groups in Kenya, South Africa and Canad
