What we found
We searched for the church name with Lilongwe and with Malawi, and the only substantial result was its own website (nlvrc.com), which gives an address at Area 38/4B, Gaga, Lilongwe, two Malawian phone numbers and the email newlifevictoryreformedchurch@gmail.com, names Maxwell Banda as pastor and lists weekly midweek and women's meetings. We found no independent confirmation in Malawian news, in Wikipedia's list of Christian denominations in Malawi, in Reformed denomination registers, or in any map or church directory listing. Our attempt to confirm a Facebook page for the church or its pastor returned nothing, and our servers cannot read social platform pages anyway. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints about this name. The contact address given to us (maxbanda20@gmail.com) is a personal one differing from the church address on the site.
Our conclusion: The church's own website at nlvrc.com opened successfully and matches this signup in every detail: it names New Life Victory Reformed Church at Area 38/4B, Gaga, Lilongwe, Malawi, lists Malawian phone numbers and weekly midweek and women's meetings, and names Maxwell Banda as pastor.
