We searched for "City of Grace International Church" together with Gweru and Zimbabwe, for the bare word "cityofgraceinternationalchurch" on its own, and for the name alongside a Facebook page and a pastor named Emmanuel, and in all three searches we found nothing at all about a congregation of this name in Gweru. The results returned only unrelated churches that share similar wording, such as City of Grace in Mesa, Arizona (cityofgrace.com) and City of Grace Church in Bear, Delaware (cityofgracechurch.org), plus general Gweru entries on Wikipedia and a Christian Chronicle report on a different Gweru congregation. We saw no directory listing, map entry, denomination register, news item or site-builder page (simdif, wix, weebly, blogspot, godaddysites, business.site) whose content matches this church's name, town or leader, and the given web address did not surface in any search result. Our conclusion: The web address given could not be opened and an independent search found no listing, social page or directory entry for a congregation of this name in Gweru, though it also found nothing negative and small Zimbabwean congregations frequently have no online footprint. When we asked for further evidence, the church responded with a photograph of its building and congregation, which is a direct and credible answer to the question of whether it real
