We searched for this church by name together with Harare and with Zimbabwe, and the clearest result is a denominational register: the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe lists "Elect Devoted life ministries" among its member churches in its alphabetical EFZ members list (efzimbabwe.org). That is an independent national body confirming the name, though the listing gives no address, pastor's name, or contact details, so it does not by itself confirm a meeting place in Harare.
