We searched for "City of Victory Ministries International" in Lusaka and in Zambia generally, and we found no church under that exact name in any directory, news report or denominational register. The Facebook address given does resolve to a real page, but it carries a different name: "Victory City International" in Lusaka, Zambia, with about 2,159 likes, 198 people marked as having been there, describing itself as a Christian ministry, so the page appears genuine and locally active even though the submitted name does not match it. Our servers cannot open Facebook directly, so we could not check post dates, leadership or an address. Other Lusaka results were clearly different churches, such as Victory Bible Church Woodlands in Lusaka and Chapel of Victory Ministries in Lusaka Province. The findings are summarized here for space; the full research was weighed in the review.
