What we found
We searched for the exact name "IFGF Pentecost Evangelical Minister" in Freetown and found no matching listing, Facebook page, map entry or news mention. We did find that an "International Full Gospel Fellowship (IFGF)" is named among the member bodies of the Evangelical Fellowship of Sierra Leone (efsl.evang.org member list), and the international IFGF network's own site reports activity in the country, noting that IFGF Sierra Leone is running an intensive training programme (ifgf.global), so an IFGF presence in Sierra Leone is plausible even though this particular congregation is not separately documented. Other Freetown churches of similar size do appear on Facebook and in denominational registers, so the total absence of a page under this name is notable. We found no scam reports, complaints or warnings tied to the name or the free Gmail contact address.
