We searched for this congregation under its full name and in Kenya generally. The parent denomination is well established: the African Divine Church is an African Instituted Church that originated from the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and has its headquarters at Gamalenga on the Kakamega-Kisumu highway, with listed branches including Bungoma Town and Nairobi Central (africandivinechurch.org, abirikenya.com, oikoumene.org). For the specific "Bungoma Mission" body we found only one document (Scribd), which says it was founded in 2001 and registered in 2024 and notifies county officials about its leadership and a new Kakamega diocese. Warning: that same document shows an internal split, as the church asks a breakaway group using the same name and uniforms to stop, or face legal action, so the name is contested; we found no scam reports, no Nairobi address and nothing tied to the contact email.
