Mubi south, Nigeria · listed since 2026-10-27

Provisionally listed

What we checked

Not a duplicate: no similarly named church is listed with us
The name reads as a real congregation
Contact email reviewed (gmail.com, common for small churches)
The address given (heg%20goodnews%20facebook.com) did not answer when we tried it, with and without www; a mistyped address says nothing about the congregation itself
Independent web search performed: see the findings on the right

What we found

We searched for "Hosanna Evangelism Group HEG" together with Mubi South and Nigeria, and found no listing, news story, denominational register or map entry for a church of this name in that area; the only similar names belong to unrelated bodies elsewhere, such as a Kenyan group at hosannachapel3.wixsite.com ("Hosanna Evangelism Church int'l", Nairobi, with its own email) and a YouTube channel called "Hosanna Evangelism Ministry" with no stated link to Mubi. The address supplied, https://heg%20goodnews%20facebook.com, is not a valid web address, and our search for the bare term "heg goodnews facebook" returned only unrelated Good News churches in the United States, with no Facebook page, site-builder page (simdif, wixsite, weebly, blogspot, godaddysites or business.site) or map listing matching this church, its town or its contact person. The findings are summarized here for space; the full research was weighed in the review.

Search conclusion: no evidence found. An independent web search is part of every review; an online page alone does not prove a congregation exists.
