• Not a duplicate: no similarly named church is listed with us
• The name reads as a real congregation
• Contact email reviewed (gmail.com, common for small churches)
• The address given (jgm.org) did not answer when we tried it, with and without www; a mistyped address says nothing about the congregation itself
• Independent web search performed: see the findings on the right

What we found

We searched for "Jesus Gospel Ministry" together with Kisii and Kenya and found no church of that exact name there; the Kisii results were other, unrelated groups such as Kyarabi Gospel Ministers and Instant Miracle Gospel Ministry near Suneka airstrip (Facebook pages). We also searched the bare word "jgm" with the church name, and the only Kenyan matches were different bodies, including Joshua Generation Ministries (JGM), working in Turkana and West Pokot (freedomshope.org), so the given address jgm.org is not confirmed as this church's. The nearest name match on a site builder-style page is Jesus Gospel Outreach Church Ministries, founded by Rev. Mathew Ondicho, based at Nakuru (jegochurchministries.org), which echoes the "jego" in the contact email but gives a different town, so we cannot call it the same congregation. Our attempt to confirm a Facebook page under this name in Kisii returned nothing. The findings are summarized here for space; the full research was weighed in the review.
