What we found
We searched for "Spiritual Life Ministries" together with Ludhiana and Punjab and found no directory listing, map entry, news article or denominational register placing a church of that name in Ludhiana. The name is widely used by unrelated bodies, including a US ministry in Minnesota (slcgrace.com) and an online outreach led by John and Marie Rankin (spirituallifeministries.com), so search results are crowded. One possible match is a YouTube channel called Spiritual Life Ministries whose owner says he is Pastor Amrik Singh, preaching since 2010, a Punjabi name but with no stated Ludhiana address. A Facebook page at the same handle exists with about 1,275 likes, though our servers cannot open it and its visible quote is from a non-Christian-Indian source, so we cannot confirm it is the Ludhiana congregation. We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints against this name.
Our conclusion: The independent search found a working YouTube channel named Spiritual Life Ministries whose owner identifies himself as Pastor Amrik Singh, preaching since 2010, which matches both the church name and the contact person given in this signup. The Facebook page supplied could not be read by our servers because Facebook blocks automated access, which is normal and counts neither for nor against the church, though a page at that handle with around 1
