What we found
We searched for ECWA in Minna and found that ECWA (Evangelical Church Winning All) is a large, well-documented Nigerian denomination headquartered in Jos, Plateau State, with an estimated 8 million members (Wikipedia), and reference works list ECWA churches among the well-known churches in Minna (Wikipedia, Minna). A named Minna congregation appears in news reporting, where a Christian Association of Nigeria, Niger State prayer gathering was held at ECWA Goodnews Church, Minna (The Eagle Online), and a directory entry titled "ECWA Minna" exists (Nigerian Churches International Directory). We found no scam reports, fraud warnings or complaints tied to this name. Caution: "ECWA" alone is the denomination, not one branch, and the free Gmail contact address means we could not tie the application to a specific Minna congregation or its leadership.
Our conclusion: ECWA (Evangelical Church Winning All) is a large, well-documented Nigerian denomination headquartered in Jos, and an independent search found a working directory page for "ECWA Minna" (nigerianchurchesinternationaldirectory.org) along with news coverage of a named Minna congregation, ECWA Goodnews Church. The denomination is solidly within the historic Christian faith, and the city given is a plausible and documented location for its congregation
