What we found
We searched in Arabic and English for an Evangelical (Protestant) congregation in the town of Abu Qurqas, Minya Governorate. The official register of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Egypt (Synod of the Nile) on Arabic Wikipedia lists a congregation simply called "the Evangelical Church - Abu Qurqas - Minya" under the Minya presbytery, alongside about a dozen village churches in the same district, and a newspaper list of member churches likewise names "the Evangelical Church in Abu Qurqas (Minya)". Recent news confirms it is active: the head of Egypt's Evangelical denomination took part in ordaining and installing new elders and deacons at the Evangelical Church in Abu Qurqas al-Balad (elbalad.news). We found no page carrying the exact title "First Evangelical" for Abu Qurqas (that name appears for Minya city and Asyut), no Facebook page for it, and no scam, fraud or complaint reports of any kind.
Our conclusion: Independent searching confirms an Evangelical (Presbyterian, Synod of the Nile) congregation in Abu Qurqas, Minya Governorate: it appears in the denomination's published register of member churches and in recent news coverage of the ordination of new elders and deacons at the Evangelical Church in Abu Qurqas al-Balad. The slight difference in wording ("First Evangelical") is a normal local naming variation and does not cast doubt on the congregat
