What we found
We searched for a congregation called "Pentecostal Holiness Association Church" in Lusaka and found no page, listing or address for it. The wider denomination does exist in the region: a "Pentecostal Holiness Association-RSA" page in Krugersdorp, South Africa says the Pentecostal Holiness Association Church opened its first branch in August 2012 (Facebook), and a 2025 academic book traces the Pentecostal Holiness Association in Malawi from 1932 to 2018 (Johns Hopkins Muse), but neither mentions a Zambian branch. In Lusaka we only found the separate, similarly named Pentecostal Holiness Church, including a Dun & Bradstreet business profile for "Pentecostal Holiness Church in Zambia" of Lusaka and several local assembly pages (Facebook). The given contact is a free Gmail address, with no church website or phone. We found no scam reports, complaints or warnings about this name.
Our conclusion: No website or social page was given, and an independent search found no listing for a "Pentecostal Holiness Association Church" in Lusaka. The wider Pentecostal Holiness Association does exist in the region, with a branch network in South Africa and a long documented history in Malawi, and a separate but similarly named Pentecostal Holiness Church is registered in Lusaka, so a small Zambian congregation of this tradition is entirely plausible and
