We searched for the church by name with its city and found an active website at aepcrwanda.com (not the .rw address given), which presents "Agape Evangelistic Pentecostal Church" as a Pentecostal and charismatic church founded in 1998 and accredited by the Rwandan government in 2002 under Ministerial Decree N° 072/17, led by Bishop Kanonko Ignace at KK 141 Street, Kigali City, with a listed phone number and the address aepckigali@gmail.com. An independent mission blog confirms a branch, describing AEPC-Rugende, begun in 2014 in Rwamagana district, with its headquarters in Kanombe, Kigali (lovealiveinternational.com). Our attempt to confirm a Facebook or X page for this specific church returned nothing. We found no scam, fraud or complaint reports, though the supplied domain and email differ from the ones the church itself publishes, which is worth checking.
