What we checked

  • Not a duplicate: no similarly named church is listed with us
  • The name reads as a real congregation
  • Contact email reviewed (gmail.com, common for small churches)
  • A Facebook page was provided; Facebook blocks automated reading, so it was weighed through the independent search
  • Independent web search performed: see the findings on the right

What we found

We searched for "Living Faith Redemption Ministries" together with Nairobi and Kenya, and found no listing, news item, denomination register entry or map record under that exact name. The results returned only differently named bodies: a Pentecostal congregation called Living Faith Ministries Nairobi Church on Dagoretti Road with reviews on travel directories (Wanderlog, Trip.com), a Living Faith Ministries founded by Jacob Kamere and established in 1997 in Nyeri (Dictionary of African Christian Biography), and a Living Faith Ministries Nyeri Facebook page linked to livingfaithministrieskenya.org. Our attempt to confirm the given Facebook page, whose handle "goodreports2018" carries no church wording, returned nothing about this page or the church. The findings are summarized here for space; the full research was weighed in the review.

Search conclusion: no evidence found. An independent web search is part of every review; an online page alone does not prove a congregation exists.
On our request, the church itself supplied additional evidence for this review; it was weighed in the verdict. See the appendix on page 2.

Our conclusion: The congregation responded to our request with a photograph of the gathering, a Facebook video link, a named network (the Association of Pentecostal and Evangelical Churches in Kenya) and a reference contact at Light of Africa Ministries, and it described meeting at Kikuyu town in the Nairobi area since November 2018. The Facebook page given cannot be read by our servers because Facebook blocks automated access, which is normal and counts neither

No further action is needed. This report is refreshed whenever the church is reviewed again.

Faith.network reviews church signups in good faith, using automated checks of publicly available information at the review date shown above. We have not visited this congregation in person; that this church exists therefore remains an assumption supported by the evidence above, not an established fact.
