We searched for this congregation three times, using the acronym with Goma, the full French name, and the acronym with "église" and "Congo," and none of the results referred to this church at all. What came back instead were unrelated French and Catholic prayer and worship pages, a similarly named but clearly different ministry in the Paris region (ministereciel.fr, the "Centre International pour l'Évangile et la Louange"), and various other Goma churches that are not this one, such as the Centre Missionnaire Ambassade du Ciel in Goma, a local Assemblies of God congregation with a Facebook page and several Catholic parishes listed in a church directory (GCatholic). The findings are summarized here for space; the full research was weighed in the review.
Our conclusion: The congregation answered our verification request with a photograph of the church gathering, a Facebook page link, a TikTok page and a clear self-description as an Evangelical congregation of about 650 people in Goma founded in 2023, which together answer the question of whether it really exists. An independent web search turned up no directory listing, news mention or denominational register entry for Communauté Chrétienne pour l'Intercession,
No further action is needed. This report is refreshed whenever the church is reviewed again.
On our request, the church itself supplied the material below on 2026-08-22. It was weighed in the verdict on page 1. The church agreed to publication.
