The closest matches are unrelated bodies with similar-sounding names: Gospel Central Church, a multi-site church whose Zambian congregations are in Makeni and New Kasama (Lusaka), Chibombo, Chisamba and Kitwe, and the International Central Gospel Church, which is headquartered in Accra, Ghana. A general Zambian business directory lists several churches, including a Gospel Assembly Church, but that one is in Chingola on the Copperbelt, not Sinda.
