Giving and Refund Policy

Faith.network is free and stays free. The platform is funded by voluntary gifts, received by Faith.network, KvK 84972599, Jan van der Heijdenstraat 26 K, 3261 LE Oud-Beijerland, the Netherlands, connect@faith.network.

What your gift is

A gift to Faith.network is a voluntary contribution without consideration. It does not buy a product, service, membership or privilege: every Bible study is free for everyone, whether you give or not. Because a gift has no consideration, no VAT applies and none is charged. After your gift you receive a donation confirmation by email with a reference number; this confirmation is not an invoice. We make no statement about tax deductibility of gifts.

What gifts fund

Gifts pay for what it costs to create and share the studies: the AI that helps write them, the servers that deliver them, and the channels that carry them into the world, including places where sharing the Gospel is difficult. We are open about those costs on the platform, and one Bible study costs only a few cents to give away.

How payment works

Payments are handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; Faith.network never sees or stores them. Stripe shows the payment methods common in your country and charges in euro; your bank converts other currencies at its own rate.

Refunds

A gift is voluntary, but mistakes happen and we handle them generously. If you gave a wrong amount, gave twice by accident, or someone used your payment method without permission, email connect@faith.network within 30 days of the gift, with the reference number from your confirmation email if you have it. We refund the gift via Stripe to the original payment method, usually within ten business days. Suspected unauthorized use of a payment method is refunded regardless of the 30 day period; please also inform your bank.

Monthly gifts

Besides one time gifts you can give monthly. A monthly gift renews automatically each month through Stripe, and every month you receive your own donation confirmation with its own reference number. You can stop at any time and without any reason: reply to any confirmation email or write to connect@faith.network, and we end the monthly gift the same week, effective immediately for future months. Everything already given simply remains given; stopping never has consequences for your access to the platform, because everything is free for everyone anyway. Refunds of individual monthly charges follow the same refund rules above.
