☀ Morning moment
Serve Yahweh with gladness. Come before his presence with singing.
Psalm 100:2 (World English Bible (WEB))
In simple words: Serve God with a happy heart. Come to Him singing, because He loves it when you are glad.
You just woke up, and maybe your hair is a mess and your feet are cold on the floor. Today is Sunday, a day to slow down and be with the people you love. Maybe you are getting ready for church, or breakfast smells like pancakes, or someone is calling your name to come downstairs.
God does not want you to tiptoe around Him with a worried face. He loves it when you come to Him happy, even humming a silly tune while you brush your teeth. You do not need a fancy voice or perfect words. A glad heart is enough for Him.

✦ Lunch moment
See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!

In simple words: God says it is good and happy when people live together and get along, like one big family.
Think about all the people sitting near you right now, at your table or on the sofa. Maybe it is loud, maybe someone is a bit annoying, but you belong together today.
Sunday is a day for being together. Families come to church together, sing together, eat lunch together. God likes that. He made us to need each other, not to do everything alone.
It does not have to be perfect to be good. Even a noisy lunch table, full of laughing and talking over each other, can be exactly the kind of togetherness God smiles at.

✩ Afternoon moment
He said to them, “Why were you looking for me? Didn’t you know that I must be in my Father’s house?”

In simple words: Jesus stayed behind in God's temple as a boy. He loved being there, talking about His Father, more than anything else.
Maybe today you sat in church and your legs got wiggly, or you wondered when it would be over. That happens. But think about Jesus for a moment. When He was twelve, He stayed behind in God's house on purpose. His parents looked everywhere for Him, worried sick, and found Him still there, talking with the teachers about God.
Jesus was not bored in God's house. He was home there. He asked questions, He listened, He loved every minute. That is something to wonder about. What did He find so wonderful in that place?

☾ Evening moment
If I take the wings of the dawn, and settle in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand will lead me, and your right hand will hold me.

In simple words: Even if you went to the farthest place in the world, God's hand would still be holding you.
Think about today. Maybe you sang at church, maybe you saw your grandma, maybe you just played outside in the sun. It was a whole Sunday, full of moments, and God was there in every single one of them.
Now it's getting dark. Your room is quiet, your blanket is warm, and soon your eyes will close. You don't have to check if God is still awake. He never sleeps, and He never looks away from you, not even for one second.
God's hand held you this morning at breakfast, this afternoon while you played, and it holds you right now, tucked in bed. Nothing about tonight is too dark or too far for Him to reach.
