☀ Morning moment
A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps.
Proverbs 16:9 (World English Bible (WEB))
In simple words: You can make plans for your day, but God is the One who helps you walk it out safely.
Maybe you already know what today looks like. Breakfast, shoes on, backpack zipped, off to school. Maybe you planned to sit with your best friend at lunch, or you are hoping for a good mark on that spelling test.
But some things you cannot plan. A friend might be sad and need you. The bus might be late. Something surprising might happen at recess. That is okay. God already knows your whole day, even the parts you cannot guess yet. He walks every step with you, from the front door to the last bell.

Before you leave the house today, whisper a quick 'thank You' to God for this new day.
✦ Lunch moment
I will give thanks to Yahweh with my whole heart. I will tell of all your marvelous works.

In simple words: This means you thank God with your whole heart, not just a little bit, and tell others about the amazing things He does.
It is Friday, and maybe you can already feel the weekend coming closer. That is a good feeling, but right now you are still in the middle of your day, with lunch in front of you and the afternoon still to go.
Think for a second about something good that happened this week. Maybe a friend shared their snack, or you finally understood that hard math problem, or someone made you laugh at recess. Those little things are gifts too. You do not need a big reason to say thank you to God. Even small, ordinary moments count, like sunshine on the playground or your favorite lunch today.

After lunch, tell one person one good thing that happened to you this week.
✩ Afternoon moment
He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease.”

In simple words: Jesus told the woman that her trust in Him made her better, and He sent her away in peace.
Think about school today. Maybe you were tired, or something small hurt your feelings, and nobody even noticed. There was a woman like that once. She had been sick for years, and people kept walking past her too. She was scared to ask for help out loud, so she just reached out and touched Jesus' robe in the crowd. That was enough. Jesus stopped. He did not scold her for pushing through. He called her "daughter" and told her to go in peace. You do not need big words or perfect prayers to reach Jesus. A quiet "help me" while you walk home is enough. He notices the tired ones, the overlooked ones, you. Today, whisper one quiet "help me, Jesus" about something small that bothered you.
☾ Evening moment
My soul rests in God alone. My salvation is from him.
Psalm 62:1 (World English Bible (WEB))
In simple words: Your heart can rest in God, like resting on a soft pillow. He is the one who keeps you safe.
Today was a full day. Maybe you ran at recess, finished your homework, or helped set the table. Now it is quiet. The lights are low, and your bed feels soft under you.
Your soul can rest too, not just your body. That means the busy, wiggly feeling inside you can finally lie down. You do not have to hold everything together yourself. God is holding it. He was awake all through your day, and He stays awake now, watching over your room while you close your eyes.
You do not need to fix anything or figure anything out tonight. You can just rest, safe in His hands, like a boat tied to a strong dock.
